Job summary

Atlas Workplace Services is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our on-site team at Brindley Place, Birmingham. You will deliver planned preventative maintenance, statutory compliance tasks, and reactive maintenance across the site, with an electrical bias while supporting other building services where appropriate.

Qualifications

• GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent.
• City and Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in a relevant M&E, Building Services, or maintenance discipline
• Full Driving License

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance in accordance with SLAs.
• Undertake fault finding, repairs, and minor works across electrical and associated building services systems.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed safely and in compliance with site procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong working relationships with client representatives and colleagues.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers and the wider engineering team.
• Assist with identifying labour and material requirements for minor works quotations.
• Liaise with managers, supervisors, support teams, and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
• Maintain accurate records through the MAXIMO CAFM system and ensure all work activities are correctly logged.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in the site's out-of-hours call-out rota when required.
