Job summary

Pioneer Selection is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Therfield, Hertfordshire, to maintain and optimise fully automated production lines.

You will perform electrical maintenance, fault finding, and preventive maintenance to minimise downtime, with a rotating two-shift pattern (2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am) on weekdays. The role offers £38,000–£42,000 plus benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience with electrical maintenance in an industrial manufacturing setting.
• Hands-on maintenance including pre-planned, reactive and breakdown tasks.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical maintenance on fully automated production machinery.
• Perform fault-finding to minimise downtime and maximise uptime.
• Execute planned preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Therfield, Hertfordshire

Salary: £38,000 - £42,000

Shift: Monday - Friday- 2 shift rotating pattern (2pm-10pm/ 10pm-6am)

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in fast paced industrial factory.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Hands‑on electrical fault‑finding experience.
• Recognised electrical engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
