Job summary

Pioneer-Selection-Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a heavy industrial manufacturer in the West Midlands. You will carry out electrical maintenance, fault finding and planned preventative maintenance across a range of plant and production equipment, ensuring reliability, safety and operational efficiency.

Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience carrying out planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance on industrial plant.

Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Strong hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Experience working within a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
• Knowledge of motors, drives, control panels, sensors and electrical distribution systems.

Desirable Requirements of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• PLC fault-finding experience.
• Welding or fabrication experience would be advantageous.
