Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting a Maintenance Engineer for a state‑of‑the‑art, fully automated factory in Maidstone, Kent. You will perform electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault‑finding and planned preventive maintenance on a range of highly automated production equipment to maximise uptime and efficiency.

The role offers a salary of £46,500 with OTE £52,000+, a Mon–Fri shift pattern (earlies and lates), and opportunities for ongoing training and career progression into management

Qualifications

• Electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills.

Requirements

• Electrical and Mechanical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Hands on experience with pre‑planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast‑paced industrial factory.
• Strong electrical and mechanical fault‑finding skills.
• Engineering qualification.
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience working within the UK manufacturing sector (desirable).
