CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a high-profile commercial campus in Whitechapel. This permanent, full-time role sits on-site with a Monday-to-Friday schedule, handling fabric and general maintenance across the estate.

The successful candidate will have Level 3 Electrical certification and proven experience in commercial building maintenance, with a £48,000 salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Electrical certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lighting, emergency lighting, AHU, chillers and BMS monitoring.
• Perform fabric and general building services maintenance tasks.
• Identify faults and report them promptly to site management.
• Monitor UPS systems and power distribution as required.
• Ensure health and safety compliance in all tasks.
• Maintain good communication with client staff on service levels.
• Be flexible with site attendance and task scope.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Commercial Campus – Whitechapel – up to £48,000 + Premium Benefits

Location: Whitechapel

Salary: £48,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time

CBW Staffing Solutions are working with a high-profile, client-direct commercial campus in Whitechapel to find a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team. This is a Monday-to-Friday schedule offering excellent work-life balance. You’ll be the go-to person for fabric and general maintenance tasks across the estate- no two days will be the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution)
• Emergency lighting
• Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)
• Chillers - Re-set
• BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)
• UPS Systems - Monitor / Take readings
• Undertake all allocated tasks and perform them in a timely and professional manner.
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting faults with building services equipment and take steps to resolve them.
• Be proactive to ensure all H&S issues are reported/escalated as required.
• Maintain informal communications with Client staff members related to service levels and issues.
• Report service affecting issued to the site management team for formal communication with the client.
• Remain flexible with regard to site attendance and tasks undertaken within personal competency.
• Be fully aware of relevant Health and Safety and general legislative matters.

• Monday to Friday
• 08:00am – 16:30pm
