You will work across Electrical, Mechanical and HVAC plant, ensuring lighting and power are maintained to a high standard.

Qualifications

• Certified engineer with electrical or mechanical specialization.
• Qualified engineer with certificates, apprentice trained preferred.
• Reliable, steady, and progressive work history.
• Experience with building services applications.

Responsibilities

• Planned Preventative Maintenance of all Electrical plant.
• Power distribution, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Air Conditioning first line fix.
• Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld.
• Attending to breakdowns and failures related to controls and BMS kit.

Electrical maintenance engineer

This is a day position Monday – Friday

Day Position Hours of work 08:00 – 17:00.

Working for a very successful maintenance service provider with an established multi-manned maintenance contract that has been signed for another three years.

You will form part of a four-man team providing planned preventative maintenance across one large campus where all the buildings are within very close proximity of each other.

With a very good basic salary plus great career stability, working with a client who is really happy and engaged with this service provider and considers them to be in real business partnership.

In this role as the Electrical maintenance engineer, you will be working across all the Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC plant providing the lighting and power.

Responsibilities of the Electrical maintenance engineer

• Planned Preventative Maintenance of all Electrical plant
• Power distribution, Lighting, Emergency Lighting, Air Conditioning first line fix
• Ensuring that all statutory building compliance is upheld
• Attending to breakdowns and failures related to controls and BMS kit
