Job summary

Equans UK & Ireland is seeking an M&E Technician with an electrical bias to join our team at West Middlesex University Hospital, London. This full-time role includes participation in an on-call rota, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

You will maintain electrical systems, plant and associated equipment across hospital facilities, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and support on-site teams.

Qualifications

• Experienced in maintaining electrical systems, plant and equipment.
• Able to perform planned and reactive maintenance within training and competence.
• Knowledge of building services including HVAC, gas, steam and catering equipment.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across electrical systems and equipment.
• Carry out repairs, refurbishment, new works and backlog tasks.
• Maintain HVAC, gas, medical gas, steam, catering and plant room equipment.
• Respond to breakdowns, complete PAT testing and ensure safety compliance.
