Job summary

We Are Zenith seeks an enthusiastic Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver engaging teaching across Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation programmes. Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installation or Electrical Engineering.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, DET, AET or equivalent).
• Assessor qualification (CAVA, A1 or equivalent).
• IQA qualification.
• Experience teaching within Further Education or Apprenticeship provision.
• ECS Gold Card or recognised industry accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective teaching across Electrical Installation programmes.
• Delivery of Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons meeting awarding body requirements.
• Assess learner work and provide constructive feedback.
• Monitor attendance, progress and performance.
• Develop schemes of work, lesson plans and learning resources.
• Embed Maths, English, digital skills and employability within the curriculum.
• Support learners in developing practical and theoretical electrical installation skills.
• Maintain workshops and equipment to industry standards.
• Conduct learner reviews and provide academic and pastoral support.
• Participate in curriculum development and quality improvement.
• Build relationships with employers and industry stakeholders.
