Job summary

onlyFE is seeking an Electrical Installation Lecturer to deliver scheduled teaching and tutorials, and to contribute to curriculum development at our Nuneaton site. The role includes student admissions, induction and guidance, with a focus on Health & Safety and practical installation methods.

We welcome experienced educators or industry professionals transitioning to teaching. The role covers full-time, part-time, and evening programmes, with a competitive salary and strong staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong practical understanding of Health & Safety, installation methods, and electrical science.
• Experience or interest in teaching and mentoring students.
• Ability to manage learning programmes and contribute to curriculum development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver formal scheduled teaching.
• Conduct tutorials, progress reviews and student assessments.
• Manage learning programmes and curriculum development.
• Oversee student admissions and induction.
• Prepare learning materials and assignments.
• Mark student work and examinations.
• Supervise student visit programmes and related activities.
• Engage in scholarly activity to improve curriculum delivery.
• Loster collaboration with vocational tutors.
