In this role, you will support apprentices working towards Electrical Installation qualifications. Your initial focus will be on practical, workshop-based training, helping learners build confidence and develop core installation skills. As you progress, you will gradually become involved in classroom-based theory delivery, with full teaching qualifications and support provided throughout.
The successful candidate will be a qualified Electrician with strong installation experience. You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent, and ideally have, or be willing to work towards, the 2391 qualification. Previous teaching experience is not required, but a genuine interest in mentoring and developing others is essential.

Deliver hands-on practical sessions and assist with classroom-based learning
37-hour week with around 25 hours dedicated to teaching
