As an Electrical Trainer, you'll deliver Electrical Installation across Level 2, Level 3, and T Level provision, working with class sizes of around 24 learners. You'll deliver a mixture of practical workshop sessions and classroom-based theory, supporting learners as they develop the technical knowledge, confidence, and skills required to progress within the electrical industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong Electrical Installation background and hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, 18th Edition, and Testing & Inspection / 2391. You should have strong practical industry experience, a student-first attitude, and a genuine motivation to move into teaching. Previous teaching experience is beneficial but not essential, as full support can be provided through internal teacher training, starting with AET and potentially progressing onto a Level 5 qualification.
