Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer looking to move into a training role?
Do you want to step away from industry and into a rewarding position where you can pass on your knowledge, support apprentices, and help develop the next of Electrical Engineering professionals?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing training provider in a permanent role created due to expansion. You'll be joining at an exciting time, supporting apprentices through their training journey while using your own industry experience to help them build confidence, technical ability, and long-term career skills.
As an Electrical Engineering Instructor, you'll deliver in-house training across a range of Electrical Engineering programmes. This will include classroom-based teaching, practical workshop delivery, and assessment, covering everything from core electrical principles through to more advanced areas such as PLCs.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum Level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering and strong hands-on industry experience. Teaching experience is not essential, as full training and development can be provided. What matters most is that you have the right technical foundation, a genuine passion for passing on knowledge, and the enthusiasm to move into a training environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrical Engineering professional to transition into education, gain teaching and assessing qualifications, and make a lasting impact on apprentices entering the industry.
