Job summary

CBRE Local UK is seeking an Electrical Engineer to support building services through reactive and planned maintenance of LV electrical systems, logging status on the CMMS, and contributing to small projects.

You will perform PPM routines, diagnose faults, ensure BS7671 compliance (18th edition), and work with the Technical Supervisor and Area Operations Manager. The role offers a hands-on, safety-focused environment with opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Maintain LV electrical systems and perform PPM routines.
• Diagnose faults and repair electrical equipment.
• Deliver small projects and assist with handovers.
• Ensure compliance with BS7671 wiring regulations (18th Edition).
• Log status on CMMS and maintain site records/reports.
