Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking an experienced Electrician to join a busy repairs and maintenance team covering social housing across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. The role offers a permanent contract with a base salary of £40,000 and a 5% annual bonus, working Monday–Friday 8:00am–4:30pm.

Requirements include NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2 18th Edition, a full UK driving licence (6 points max) and the ability to pass a Basic DBS check.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2 and 18th Edition.
• Full UK driving licence (max 6 points) and DBS check.
• Experience in domestic/social housing or responsive repairs is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical repairs and EICRs in social housing.
• Work across responsive repairs and remedial works.
• Cover Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.

Electrician – Stratford-upon-Avon & Surrounding Areas

We’re currently recruiting for a permanent Electrician to join a busy responsive repairs and maintenance team, covering social housing properties across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.

The Role

• Salary: £40,000 5% annual bonus
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
• On-call: Approx. 1 week in every 5–6 weeks, with additional payment
• Company van, fuel card, PPE & power tools provided
• Working across responsive repairs, maintenance, EICRs and remedial works
• Full UK driving licence required

• Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
• Able to pass a Basic DBS check
• Experience within domestic/social housing or responsive repairs is highly desirable
