Job summary

RG Setsquare is seeking a reliable Electrician to join the responsive repairs and maintenance team across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas. The role is permanent, mobile, and requires a full UK driving licence.

Salary is £40K base with a 5% bonus (£42,000+), plus a company van, fuel card, and enhanced benefits. Core hours are 8:00–16:30, Monday–Friday; travel is expected and start ASAP.

Qualifications

• Must hold NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2 portfolio.
• C&G 2360 Part 1 & 2 Electrotechnical Competences plus NVQ 3 2356 or equivalent.
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate.
• Full UK driving licence with <6 points and no bans.
• Must be able to pass a Basic DBS Check.

Responsibilities

• Cover social housing repairs and maintenance across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.
• Travel between properties as part of the role; mobile working.
• Core hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00–16:30.

RGSS's client, a leading maintenance provider, are looking for a reliable, "Electrician" to join their team across Stratford upon Avon and nearby areas and the surrounding areas.

• Role – Electrician
• Location – Stratford upon Avon and nearby areas – Mobile role
• Start – Asap
• Salary – £40K base + 5% Bonus paid every march pro rata = £42,000 + Company Van and Fuel card and a Generous paying ON CALL Rota (Approx. 1 week in every 5-6 weeks) which is £100 for the week + £50 per call out.

The Role

We have an exciting new opportunity for a permanent Electrician to join us on our responsive repairs and maintenance team. This will be covering a patch of social housing properties across Stratford upon Avon and surrounding areas, therefore travel will be part of this role and a full UK driving licence is essential.

The core working hours are Monday to Friday Start at 8.00am-4:30pm

The Customer

Over 17,000 properties across Stratford-upon-Avon, Leamington Spa, Coventry, Nuneaton, Northampton, Milton Keynes and Bedford. We have multiple workstreams, including Repairs & Maintenance, Voids, Capital Works and Re-Roofing.

What you will need

Essential criteria:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2 portfolio to support your experience (not just EAL)
• This can be a combination of C&G 2360 Part 1&2 Electrotechnical Competences plus the NVQ 3 Certificate 2356 with Technical Certs L2&3 plus the NVQ 3 Certificate or just the NVQ 3 2356 certificate
• C&G 18th Edition Certificate
• Full UK driving license with less than 6 points and no recent driving bans
• Must be able to pass a Basic DBS Check
