The engineer will be responsible for proactive and reactive building maintenance and repair services for client contracts. They will be responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

To assist the maintenance team, ensuring safe and full operation of Hard Services, for one of my clients well known Data Centre contracts, whilst taking consideration for the clients, staff, visitors & other service provider's needs.
To carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Proactive and Reactive works to all Electrical systems in accordance with agreed service levels. Working independently or in a team to complete all maintenance and servicing tasks.
The engineer must be able to demonstrate relevant knowledge of plant within a typical commercial environment. Experience with HVAC heating systems, Air Handling Units, Fire alarms and associated equipment, Building management systems, Hot and cold-water systems including pumps and water temperature control would be advantageous.
