Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Desktop Supervisor to lead desktop control of reactive maintenance for social housing contracts. You will coordinate planners, operatives and client teams, ensuring safe, compliant and cost-effective delivery while challenging poor diagnoses and coding.

You will review SOR coding, drive performance improvements, and provide technical support to field teams, with emphasis on evidence-based closure and commercial control.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing repairs or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of responsive/reactive maintenance.
• Ability to review job information, photographs and technical evidence critically.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to undertake occasional site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day desktop control of reactive maintenance activity and live workload.
• Monitor and prioritise jobs, coordinating with planners and operatives.
• Escalate complex/high‑risk works to management for resolution.
• Ensure accurate completion information, evidence and SOR coding.
• Drive jobs to completion with safe, compliant and value-for-money delivery.
• Maintain contractor and client communications and provide operational updates.
