Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Desktop Supervisor to manage reactive maintenance delivery for social housing contracts. You will coordinate planners, operatives and clients from a desktop role, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient service delivery.

You will challenge poor diagnoses, validate SOR codes and evidence, and support performance improvement while maintaining high resident service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in social housing repairs or property maintenance.
• Supervisory/coordinating operatives and subcontractors.
• Strong IT skills with repairs/management systems.
• Ability to interpret job records, photos and evidence for decisions.
• Knowledge of Schedule of Rates (SOR) and value-for-money principles.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day desktop control of reactive maintenance activity and live workload.
• Monitor jobs, priorities and resources; coordinate with planners and operatives.
• Challenge poor diagnosis, repeat visits and incorrect coding to protect contract value.
• Ensure evidence and photos are captured for closure and payment validation.
• Escalate high-risk or complex tasks to management.
