Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an organised Electrical Desktop Supervisor to support the M&E division’s certification and compliance management. You’ll oversee Dynamics 365 usage, certify records and ensure NICEIC standards are met across multiple contracts.

Working with engineers, supervisors and clients, you’ll streamline admin processes, maintain audit trails and contribute to more efficient operation and timely invoicing. The role rewards attention to detail and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ NICIEC qualifying supervisor experience.
• Background in domestic electrical installations, test & inspecting.
• Qualified to undertake the listed regulatory requirements.
• CSCS card valid and IT literate.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining certification records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on time.
• Overseeing the use of Dynamics, ensuring jobs, records, and customer information are updated correctly.
• Monitoring certification progress to meet NICEIC standards.
• Supporting supervisors and operational teams with admin and compliance tasks.
• Reviewing works docs and producing reports to support decisions.
• Liaising with engineers, supervisors, clients and subcontractors to resolve queries.
• Scheduling and completing remedial actions from inspections and audits.
• Maintaining filing systems and audit trails per procedures.
• Identifying process improvements to reduce delays and improve efficiency.
• Assisting with contract administration to support cash flow.
