Job summary

The Resolute Group Ltd is seeking an Electrical Design Manager to lead electrical design across high-profile power transmission and distribution projects in Scotland. Based in Glasgow with hybrid working 2/3 in the office and 2/3 from home, you will coordinate design from ECI through detailed design and delivery, ensuring buildable, compliant solutions and strong client and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Design Manager or similar senior role.
• Extensive experience managing electrical design and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Experience taking design through ECI, pre-construction, detailed design and construction.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination with designers, consultants and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical design from ECI through detailed design to delivery.
• Coordinate design with engineering, construction, commercial and client teams.
• Ensure designs are compliant, coordinated and buildable across projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align scope, budget and schedule.
