Job summary

The Resolute Group seeks an Electrical Design Manager to support major power transmission and distribution projects across Scotland from Glasgow. You will lead electrical design from early stage through detailed design and delivery, coordinating with engineering, construction, commercial and client teams.

This hybrid role offers a salary of £70,000–£75,000 plus a car allowance or company car, plus bonus and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Electrical Design Manager or similar.
• Strong experience managing electrical design and multidisciplinary interfaces.
• Experience taking design through ECI, pre-construction, detailed design and construction.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination with designers, consultants, and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate electrical design from ECI through delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial and client teams to ensure designs are technically compliant and buildable.
• Coordinate designers, consultants and delivery teams to ensure timely, safe and cost-effective outcomes.
