The Resolute Group is seeking an Electrical Design Manager to support delivery of major power transmission and distribution projects across Scotland. You will lead electrical design from ECI through detailed design and construction, coordinating with engineering, construction, commercial and client teams to ensure buildable, compliant designs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Electrical Design Manager, Design Manager, Senior Electrical Engineer or Engineering Manager.
• Strong experience managing electrical design and multidisciplinary engineering interfaces.
• Experience taking the design through ECI, pre-construction, detailed design and construction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate designers, consultants and delivery teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate electrical design from ECI and pre-construction through detailed design and delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial and client teams to ensure designs are compliant, coordinated and buildable.
• Deliver major Scottish transmission infrastructure projects with a strong pipeline and long-term career development.
