Job summary

Samuel Frank in Warwickshire is seeking an experienced Project Manager with Electrical Controls to join a global machinery and specialist equipment manufacturer. You will deliver electrical controls projects from the supplier side, manage budgets, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute to tenders with electrical specifications.

The role combines commercial ownership with hands-on engineering input. The hybrid arrangement requires two days per week in the Warwickshire office and UK site

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical controls projects from supplier side.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and three-phase LV power and control design.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret customer specs and prepare tender requirements.
• Willingness to travel UK sites and hold a full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical controls projects to programme, budget, quality and safety.
• Own planning, milestones, cost control, forecasting and reporting; review estimates and variations.
• Lead meetings, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors.
• Provide electrical input to tenders and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Prepare design specifications and reviews; obtain approvals.
• Oversee health and safety activities and risk assessments.
• Support site delivery and site supervision; obtain as-commissioned drawings.
