Job summary

Samuel Frank Associates Ltd is recruiting a Project Manager with Electrical Controls to join a Warwickshire-based manufacturer. You will lead electrical controls projects from bidding to delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget performance and safety compliance.

Hybrid working model with two days in the Warwickshire office; £67-70k salary plus £5,600 car allowance, up to 15% annual bonus and 7.5% pension contribution, with clear career progression.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical controls projects from supplier side.
• Knowledge of industrial control systems and LV power design.
• Experience managing budgets, suppliers, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to interpret specifications and assess bids.
• Willingness to travel UK with full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical controls projects to programme, budget and safety targets.
• Own planning, cost control, forecasting and reporting; review estimates and variations.
• Lead customer and internal meetings; coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide electrical input to tenders and evaluate supplier quotations.
• Ensure health and safety activities and site delivery are covered.
