Cotteswold Dairy Ltd. in Tewkesbury seeks a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our engineering team on rotating shifts. You will respond to breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform reactive and preventive maintenance on high-speed production equipment in a fast-moving FMCG environment.

The role offers £20.59 per hour with overtime, plus a weekly on-call retainer of £100 and a £50 per call-out. Benefits include 30 days holiday and a company pension.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias with a 70/30 split (electrical focus)
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Experience on high-speed/automated machinery
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Experience in FMCG or fast-paced production environment

Responsabilités

• Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently
• Carry out reactive and preventive maintenance (PPM)
• Repair, test and recommission machinery safely
• Work to strict Health & Safety standards
• Minimise downtime and support continuous improvement
