Cotteswold Dairy Ltd is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for our Tewkesbury site. This electrical-heavy FMCG role offers rotating shifts, with a base hourly rate of £20.59 and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Electrical bias required with strong fault-finding ability.
• Experience with high-speed/ automated machinery in FMCG settings.
• Ability to diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults quickly.
• Work independently and under pressure within a rotating shift environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns across production and processing equipment.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
• Carry out reactive and preventative maintenance (PPM).
• Repair, test and recommission machinery safely.
• Adhere to Health & Safety standards and minimise downtime.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives on site.
