Cotteswold Dairy Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Installation & Test Engineer to join the Engineering Department at our Tewkesbury site. You will support electrical maintenance, installation and fault finding across production and distribution systems, with emphasis on reliability, safety and regulatory compliance.

The role covers planned and reactive work on automation and high-speed machinery, with a focus on keeping operations running smoothly while adhering to strict health & safety standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified Electrical Engineer with strong electrical bias.
• Experience in fault finding on automated/high speed machinery.
• Prior FMCG/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Responsabilités

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across site.
• Respond to breakdowns and provide reactive maintenance support.
• Fault find, repair and test electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Carry out electrical installation work including single and three phase systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical regulations and testing requirements.
• Assist with electrical improvement and installation projects.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and routine maintenance.
• Perform annual emergency lighting and distribution testing.
• Collaborate with Engineering Manager to adjust maintenance schedules.
• Follow Health & Safety policies.
