Job summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a full‑time, permanent Electrical Technical Tutor to join the Slough & Langley College team in Apprenticeships. Salary £41,096–£44,165 per annum on the staff pay scale, depending on experience.

You will manage apprentices, deliver training, mentor learners, and coordinate with employers to support successful endpoint assessments. You should hold 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S qualifications, a recognised teaching qualification (CET/DET/DTLLS), and an Assessor

Qualifications

• Industry qualifications including 18th Edition and AM2/AM2S.
• Recognised teaching qualification such as CET/DET/DTLLS.
• Assessor Award (A1 or equivalent) is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of apprentices and deliver high‑quality training.
• Mentor learners to achieve End Point Assessment Gateway.
• Collaborate with employers and internal teams to monitor progress.
