Job summary

Think FE Ltd. is seeking an Electrical Programme Manager in Berkshire to oversee electrical apprenticeship provision, lead teaching and assessing staff, and ensure high learning standards and compliance across two campuses.

You will partner with employers and senior colleagues to align curriculum with industry needs and funding requirements, supporting curriculum planning and programme improvement.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working within further education.
• An assessor qualification.
• Level 3 Electrical Installation qualification or equivalent, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, AM2: JIB Gold Card or qualifications and experience equivalent to the standard required.
• A good understanding of electrical apprenticeship standards and assessment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the delivery of Electrical Apprenticeship programmes across two campuses.
• Supporting and managing teaching and assessing staff within the electrical provision.
• Monitoring learner progress, achievement and overall programme performance.
• Maintaining high standards of teaching, learning and assessment.
• Ensuring apprenticeship delivery meets awarding body, funding and compliance requirements.
• Supporting curriculum planning and continuous improvement.
• Working closely with employers to ensure apprenticeship programmes meet industry needs.
• Helping to develop the provision and maintain strong learner outcomes.
