Job summary

bet365 is seeking an eLearning Designer to craft engaging learning experiences and create visually rich videos and interactive materials. You will work with the Training department to deliver top-quality digital learning aligned with organisational goals.

The role focuses on leveraging learning theory, instructional design, and a variety of tools including Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud to produce modules. Initially office-based with potential for hybrid work.

Qualifications

• Extensive background developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
• Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
• Adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively within an evolving environment.
• Demonstrable portfolio of previous eLearning creation.
• Coding knowledge, preferably HTML5 and Python.

Responsibilities

• Craft engaging and impactful learning experiences to support organisational growth.
• Create high-quality, bespoke content drawing on learning theory and instructional design frameworks.
• Utilise photography, iconography, visual text, audio narration and background music for engaging outputs.
• Collaborate with SMEs to translate content into engaging visual and interactive eLearning.
• Manage digital learning projects through their life cycle.
