Job summary

F.J. WILSON seeks an experienced eLearning Designer to join its growing learning team. You will design, develop and enhance online learning content, delivering high-quality instructional design and engaging digital experiences.

In this role, you will work across diverse learning programmes, collaborating with SMEs and project teams to transform materials into effective, accessible eLearning resources while improving learner engagement and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating eLearning content using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Strong instructional design skills and understanding of online learning principles.
• Experience transforming written content into engaging digital learning modules.
• Experience working with subject matter experts and stakeholders throughout the content development process.
• Excellent communication, organisational and project management skills.
• The confidence to work independently, manage multiple priorities and proactively contribute ideas.
• Strong writing, editing and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience with video and audio editing.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline 360.
• Create storyboards and learning journeys from source materials and SME content.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to guide content development and module design.
• Design interactive exercises, knowledge checks and learner assessments.
• Support production and editing of multimedia content including video, audio and podcasts.
• Review and enhance eLearning templates; introduce new approaches for learner engagement.
• Quality assure content for accuracy, accessibility and learner experience.
• Support publishing of learning content through the LMS.
