Job summary

bet365, a leading online gambling company, is hiring an eLearning Designer to craft engaging learning experiences through videos and interactive materials. You will join the Training department to deliver high-quality, bespoke content leveraging best practices in learning theory and instructional design.

You will use tools like Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud, producing modules with photography, iconography, text, audio, and music.

Qualifications

Extensive background developing corporate eLearning in tools such as Captivate and Camtasia.
Comfortable using Adobe Creative Cloud, notably Photoshop and Illustrator.
Developing and deploying eLearning interventions through a Learning Management System.
Adaptable and comfortable working collaboratively within an evolving environment.
Demonstrable portfolio of previous eLearning creation.
Coding knowledge, preferably HTML5 and Python.

Responsibilities

Create engaging and impactful learning experiences using videos and interactive materials.
Develop bespoke content aligned with learning theory and instructional design.
Utilise photography, iconography, text, audio, and music to deliver content.
Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to translate content into engaging visuals.
Manage digital learning projects through their lifecycle.
Evaluate effectiveness of existing eLearning and materials.
