Working Hours:10 hours per day, 50 hours per week (07:00 - 17:00)

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our team at an Energy from Waste site. As part of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, health, and environmental compliance of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor EHS policies and procedures.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Provide training and support to staff on EHS practices.
Investigate incidents and accidents, and implement corrective actions.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure all documentation is up to date.
Promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility across the site.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an EHS Manager, preferably in an EPC environment.
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant qualifications in environmental health and safety. (NEBOSH)
Relevant qualifications in management (SSSTS or SMSTS)
