Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a HSEQ Manager to support multiple oil and gas projects across the North West. Experience in oil and gas is preferred, and management of a team, whether small or large, would be advantageous.

The role:

1. Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to develop and implement the health & safety strategy.
2. Build relationships with key stakeholders within the organization.
3. Monitor and review health & safety trends within the division to identify areas for improvement.
4. Develop and enhance the Health & Safety culture across the organization.
5. Liaise with site teams and build strong relationships.
6. Manage third-party relationships.
7. Support incident and accident investigations when required and facilitate lessons learned.

The Candidate:

1. Have 5+ years of experience working in Health & Safety.
2. Previous managerial experience, especially in development and growth, would be beneficial.
3. Experience in the oil & gas sector.
