Beaucroft Foundation School is seeking two highly organised and proactive PCR Facilitator/Annual Review Coordinators to join our administration team in a job-share arrangement, working 3 days per week at opposite ends of the week and predominately based at the School site.

You will coordinate the Education, Health and Care Plan Annual Reviews, collaborating with parents, carers, local authorities and professionals to ensure timely, accurate reviews and to support documentation and records.

Formación

• Experience in administration and records management.
• Experience coordinating EHCP reviews is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate the Annual Review schedule.
• Organise and facilitate meetings with families, professionals and students.
• Support staff with documentation and quality assurance of paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines and statutory requirements.
