Job summary

Teaching Vacancies is seeking an Education and Health Care Plan (EHCP) Administrator to support the EHCP Lead with annual reviews and correspondence with parents. The role requires meticulous minute-taking, strong English, and experience in meeting tight deadlines.

The successful candidate will manage records, notify parents of upcoming reviews, and track EHCP changes in collaboration with SEN teams, using Microsoft Office tools daily.

Qualifications

• Level 2 Qualification in English and Maths.
• Experience of Taking Minutes.
• Able to meet tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of all Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain records of targets and deadlines for submission to SEN Teams.
• Notify parents and carers of forthcoming reviews and sending all documentation within the given time frame.
• Minute annual reviews scheduled as required in coordination with the EHCP Lead.
• Monitor and track changes on EHCPs and chase SEN teams as necessary.
