Applebee Wood School is seeking an organised EHCP Annual Review Coordinator to join the administration team. You will coordinate the Education, Health and Care Plan Annual Review process, working with the Senior Management Team, teachers, parents and external authorities to ensure timely, accurate reviews.

The role demands strong organisational ability, attention to detail and the capacity to handle confidential information.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating Education, Health and Care Plan Annual Reviews.
• Strong administration and organisational skills with high accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the EHCP Annual Review process across the school.
• Plan and schedule Annual Reviews; organise meetings.
• Support staff with preparation of documentation and quality assure paperwork.
• Maintain accurate records and monitor deadlines to meet statutory timescales.
• Communicate with parents, carers, local authorities and professionals while handling sensitive information.
