Job summary

Noble Foods Limited is recruiting a Farm Operative to support the daily running of our egg‑laying poultry farm. You will be involved in flock care, egg collection, welfare checks, and maintaining equipment and housing conditions on-site to help achieve production targets.

This role requires attention to detail, the ability to work as part of a team, and adherence to strict biosecurity and health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

Excellent attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a farm environment, on your feet for long periods.
Works well within a team.
Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Flock Care and Egg Production: Assist with daily care of layer hens, ensuring their health and welfare.
Biosecurity and Animal Welfare: Follow strict biosecurity procedures and maintain cleanliness.
Feed and Nutrition Management: Check feed levels and assist with safe handling of feed.
Farm Hygiene and Cleaning: Carry out routine cleaning of equipment and facilities.
Record Keeping and Reporting: Accurately record egg numbers, mortality, and daily data.
