Noble Foods Ltd, home of the Happy Egg Co., is seeking a Farm Operative to support daily poultry farm operations. You will be involved in bird health checks, egg collection, and routine tasks to uphold welfare, hygiene, and biosecurity standards across poultry houses.

The role involves monitoring flocks, maintaining equipment, and reporting concerns to the Farm Manager. Shift patterns include 6 on 1 off or 12 on 2 off, with a salary of £12.78 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily care of layer hens, ensuring their health and welfare.
• Monitor birds for signs of illness, injury, or behavioural changes and report concerns to the Farm Manager.
• Support daily egg collection, grading, and recording of production figures.
• Help maintain correct lighting, ventilation, and temperature conditions in poultry houses.
