Job summary

Noble Foods is seeking an Assistant Farm Manager to support daily operations of an egg-laying poultry farm. You will help monitor bird health, welfare, and egg production, coordinate team activities, and ensure biosecurity and welfare standards are met.

The role involves flock management, data reporting, and staff development in a hands-on farm environment. Competitive remuneration is offered based on experience and responsibility.

Qualifications

Experience coordinating farm teams
Knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity standards
Ability to use farm management software for reporting
Strong communication and reporting skills

Responsibilities

Support flock health, welfare, and productivity monitoring
Assist daily egg production tracking and KPI reporting
Help manage lighting, ventilation, temperature, and housing conditions
Assist with vaccination and disease prevention programmes
Organise staff rotas and task allocation
Train and develop farm staff on procedures, hygiene and safety
Maintain accurate records of production, inputs and outputs
Monitor farm equipment and coordinate preventative maintenance
