Job summary

Noble Foods is recruiting an Assistant Farm Manager to support the Day-to-Day operations of an egg-laying poultry farm in East Yorkshire. You will help ensure high welfare, biosecurity and consistent egg production, while overseeing staff and daily tasks.

The role requires experience in poultry or agriculture, strong planning and leadership, and good communication to coordinate teams and drive performance on farm KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of animal welfare and biosecurity standards.

Responsibilities

The Role

As Assistant Farm Manager, you'll support the Farm Manager in the day-to-day running of an egg-laying poultry farm, helping to ensure high standards of bird welfare, biosecurity, and egg production.

Key Responsibilities

• Support flock health, welfare, and egg production.
• Monitor production data, feed usage, and flock performance.
• Maintain biosecurity, hygiene, and welfare standards.
• Assist with staff rotas, training, and daily task allocation.
