Job Description: Junior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR services to the employees of Leasys UK Ltd. The role includes:

• Recruitment & Selection
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Performance Management
• Employee Talent Journey
• Drafting Policies
• Implementation and advice on policies and procedures
• Generalist provision of HR services
• Investigations, Disciplinary & Grievances
• Monthly Reporting
• Supporting and organising wellbeing and engagement initiatives

The Junior HR Business Partner will also lead Training, Wellbeing, and Engagement activities.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves both routine and non-routine tasks, aligned with HR and organisational strategies, and requires responsiveness to emerging situations:

1. Routine: Conduct regular HR meetings with department managers; manage job changes; report on HR metrics such as Headcount, Absence, and Eligibility to Work checks.
2. Non-routine: Respond autonomously to business needs related to individuals or organisational change, using available policies and guidelines.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in HR, either as a specialist or generalist.
• Understanding of GHRC and ADP/Payroll systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and motivational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship building at all levels.
• Resilient, proactive, well-organised, and detail-oriented.
• High integrity and discretion.
• Ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills.
