HR Business Partner - Junior

Leasys UK Ltd is seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive HR services to our employees. The role includes:

• Recruitment & Selection
• Onboarding & Offboarding
• Performance Management
• Attendance Management
• Employee Talent Journey
• Drafting Policies
• Implementation and advice on policies and procedures
• Generalist HR services
• Investigations, Disciplinary & Grievances
• Monthly Reporting
• Supporting and organizing wellbeing and engagement initiatives

The Junior HR Business Partner will also lead training, wellbeing, and engagement activities.

Main Responsibilities

The role involves routine and non-routine tasks, driven by HR and organizational strategy, with the flexibility to respond to emerging situations:

• Routine – HR meetings with departmental managers, managing job changes, reporting on headcount, absence, and eligibility checks
• Non-routine – Autonomously responding to individual or organizational change needs, guided by policies and internal guidelines

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Previous HR experience in a specialist or generalist role
• Understanding of GHRC and ADP/Payroll systems (advantageous)
• Excellent communication and motivational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships quickly
• Resilient, self-starter, well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines
• High integrity and discretion
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Effective time management and prioritization
