Overview

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Strategic Account Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead client servicing and deliver innovative digital marketing strategies for top Publicis brands. You'll collaborate closely with agency teams and internal cross-functional teams to drive growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution.

What You'll Achieve

  • Support and work alongside our Client Development team to deliver solutions to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
  • Manage media business across Tier 1 Publicis accounts, building relationships, educating client teams, and cross-selling products.
  • Launch new campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Work with agency teams to gather assets and information for campaign launches.
  • Support creative services when necessary.
  • Opportunities for career growth through training, workshops, and peer learning.
  • Develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, and strategic business planning.
