How You’ll Make an Impact

As a Strategic Account Manager at Epsilon, you'll lead client servicing and delivery of innovative digital marketing strategies for top Publicis brands. You will collaborate closely with agency teams and internal cross-functional teams to drive growth, retention, and revenue through exceptional service and strategic execution.

  • Work together, win together: Collaborate with Publicis agencies, internal teams, and clients to deliver objective-based solutions.
  • Innovate with purpose: Contribute to transforming marketing and advertising technology, leveraging data-driven insights and cutting-edge technology to redefine brand-consumer connections.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Support and work alongside the Client Development team to deliver solutions to our expanding Publicis client portfolio.
  • Manage media business across Tier 1 Publicis accounts, build relationships, educate client teams, and cross-sell products.
  • Launch new campaigns, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth execution using tools like JIRA and KO calls.
  • Coordinate with agency teams to gather assets and information for campaign launches.
  • Support creative services with internal teams and agencies as needed.
  • Enjoy opportunities for career growth, training, and industry engagement.
  • Develop skills in Digital MarTech, project management, sales planning, client services, and strategic business planning.
