A leading compliance consultancy in the UK is looking for a Business Development Executive to join their Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be ready to drive growth in a dynamic environment. The role involves managing client relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets, all while working from home with national travel as required.

Who we’re looking for
We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to join Team Teal in a dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and passionate sales professional who shares our values of honesty, teamwork, commercial understanding, and solutions-focused approach.
About the role
You will work within our Sales & Marketing team, selling risk and compliance services and tech solutions to legal service clients. Specific responsibilities include:
This role is primarily home-based, with national travel as required. Our headquarters are in Manchester.

About our successful candidate
What we offer
- Base salary of £30,000-£40,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
- Monthly commission capped at £2,000 (OTE).
- Holiday entitlement: 21 days per year, increasing by one day per year of service up to 26 days, plus bank holidays, birthday day, and Christmas closing days.
