The Commercial Manager will be responsible for managing and ensuring high-quality service for external lettings, including non-term time residential lets, and developing new lettings opportunities where possible. This role will have administrative support.
The successful candidate will possess commercial acumen, outstanding interpersonal skills, and demonstrable financial skills including budgeting, financial control, and procurement, along with the ability to work flexibly.
This is a full-time, full-year position; part-time consideration may be possible.
