We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as our Industrial Sales Manager - UK. This is a remote-based position with travel. The role is full-time, permanent (Monday – Friday, 8:30 – 17:30), reporting to the European Head of Industry. You will receive a competitive salary.

Responsibilities
  1. Connect, coordinate, mentor, and coach the UK Industrial Sales team
  2. Deliver the Industrial Sales annual plan
  3. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, including headcount, volume, and revenue
  4. Lead go-to-market sales implementation and contribute to country sales priorities, expanding the Industrial Moove portfolio
  5. Identify market requirements and trends in the UK to recommend strategies, including pricing, to maximize growth and profitability
  6. Maintain and develop strategic partnerships
  7. Serve as the industrial lead for UK S&OP planning
  8. Drive cash flow improvements and reduce overdue payments
  9. Act as a key ambassador for Moove's values and contribute to continuous improvements
Essential Skills
  1. Excellent communication skills

  3. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience or equivalent
