About the Role
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and securing new retail and distribution partnerships, as well as nurturing relationships with existing accounts.
Working closely with the Founder and senior team, you'll help define Fly’s retail strategy, drive revenue through wholesale growth, and ensure Fly products land in the right stores, with the right positioning, at the right time.
You’ll be the go-to commercial lead for retail growth—helping to put Fly on the shelves of gyms, sports retailers, department stores and premium e-commerce platforms globally.
