Business Developer / Sales Development Representative

Location: Remote - with travel to Liverpool and Manchester for client visits.

Morgan McKinley, on behalf of our client, a growing technology company, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth across Liverpool and Manchester. This is a full-time, remote role with occasional visits to client sites in Liverpool and Manchester. The primary focus is engaging with potential customers through cold calling, client visits, and sales meetings to promote innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business via field sales and cold calling.
  • Build strong relationships with potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Represent the company professionally in the market.
  • Manage sales pipelines and meet performance targets.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in field sales, business development, or B2B sales.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel.
